All treatments are within the Ayurvedic Centre, located at 733 Turnbull-Woolamai Road, Woolamai which is on the outskirts of San Remo, Victoria.
As is often the case with most journeys to wellness, it takes time to heal ailments, especially those that are deep-seated. There needs to be a total commitment to changing the usual ways of living in order to allow the process of healing to take place.

| Kati Basti | A unique form of treatment. A well is made out of special dhal flour in the shape of a doughnut. This is placed on the area that requires the treatment for example stiff neck. Warm medicated oil is then used to a specific temperature suited to each of the treatments to fill the well as much as possible. This treatment has proven results with many of Shirani’s clients who have taken treatment from her for lower back pain, stiff shoulders and neck, knee problems, etc – 1 hour Recommended for:

| Kizzi Bolus & Steam bath | Medicated herbs in a compacted pouch (bolus) dipped in warm medicated oil is used for massaging after which the client is taken to a steam compartment to further enhance the treatment process and to release toxins accumulated in the muscles – 1 hour Recommended for:

| Udwartanam | This therapeutic treatment involves massaging the body with a herbal powder. The massage strokes are carried out in a counterclockwise direction, which is opposite to the strokes used in a normal massage. In doing so, it stimulates sluggish circulation and improves the complexion of the skin – 1 hour Recommended for:

| Podi Kizhi | Bundles filled with herbal powder are rubbed onto the body with moderate pressure – 1 hour Recommended for:

| Navar Kizzi | This is a specialised massage treatment, using a variety of rice that has medicinal properties. Navara Rice is a unique cultivar of the Oryza genus ( Oryza Sativa) grown only in Kerala India. The rice is cooked in a milk decoction and made in pouches which are then dipped in a heated milk decoction and used to massage the body – 1 hour Suitable for:
